Ernest Manchester Memorial Scholarship

For: College Students

The Bradford County Conservation District has organized a scholarship program as a memorial to the contributions to our County's natural resources made by the late Ernest Manchester. Each year a scholarship will be made available to students in an agricultural, natural resource management, or environmental education program. ​Deadline for applications is September 30th of each year.

Bradford-Sullivan Forest Landowners’ Association Scholarship

For: High School Seniors and College Students
​
The Bradford-Sullivan Forest Landowners’ Association has organized a scholarship program available to students pursuing forestry, agricultural, natural resource management, environmental education or related field of study. Deadline for applications is May 1st of each year.

​NTHA Community Forest Scholarship

For: High School Seniors
​
The Northern Tier Hardwood Association Community Forests Scholarship is offered to all High School Seniors in the nine-county area of Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wayne, and Wyoming counties, or to members of NTHA. Deadline for applications is April 30th of each year.

NTHA Forest Resources Scholarship

For: College Students

​The Northern Tier Hardwood Association (NTHA) of Pennsylvania is offering one $1500 scholarship to a student majoring in forest management, forest products, or a closely related field. Students should be current students at a two or four year college or university. In order to apply a student needs to to be a member of NTHA or have graduated from a high school or lived in one of the following counties in Pennsylvania: Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wyoming, Pike, Wayne, Lackawanna, and Luzerne. Deadline for applications is April 30th of each year.

​Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority Dedication to the Environment Scholarship Program

For: High School Seniors & 1st Semester College Freshman

NTSWA annually awards three scholarships, one for each of Bradford, Sullivan and Tioga Counties, Pennsylvania. The scholarship is for students who are majoring in environmental science or waste management. Deadline for applications is April 15th of each year.
